Tami Heaton is a digital marketing veteran perfectly positioned at the convergence point of design, content and technology.

Tami Heaton (they/she) is a digital strategist who has worked with some of the biggest names in media—Disney Online, MTV, VH1, Syfy, and The New York Times Digital, to name a few—as well as brands like Calvin Klein Jeans, Sony, Universal Pictures, Valvoline, and Cherry Coke. Tami blends creative vision with strategic expertise to build digital experiences that leave a lasting impact.

Beyond the digital world, Tami has shifted their focus toward helping people improve their mental and physical well-being. As a certified breathwork and meditation facilitator, sound therapy accredited practitioner, and certified drum circle facilitator, they use instruments like crystal bowls, drums, and gongs to support self-regulation, sensory balance, and emotional processing.

Tami began studying polyvagal theory to better support neurodivergent people in developing tools for self-regulation, sensory balance, and improved executive function. They were part of the second cohort of the polyvagal certificate program at Dr. Stephen Porges’ Polyvagal Institute and have also studied polyvagal theory and therapeutic yoga with Arielle Schwartz at the Embody Lab. Tami is committed to applying these insights to create practices that support others in managing stress and building emotional resilience.

Tami co-organized NYC Popfest, a five-day international music festival, and was a founding skater and marketing director for Gotham Girls Roller Derby.
