Nicktoons Network launched in 2002 as a commercial-free platform for comedic content, cartoon shorts, and classic Nickelodeon animated shows. Initially hired as Senior Project Manager, I later assumed the additional responsibilities of Senior Producer when the position became vacant, effectively running the digital department as a team of one.

Key Contributions

  • Directed content strategy and managed the $400,000 annual budget, optimizing resource use to maximize impact across digital projects.
  • Produced a weekly project status dashboard to provide comprehensive updates across all channel initiatives.
  • Led and architected a major site redesign as part of the Nicktoons Network rebrand, enhancing user experience and alignment with the new brand identity.
  • Produced a range of digital content, including mini-sites, mobile initiatives, online marketing campaigns, and interactive games.
  • Wrote and edited copy for digital projects, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand voice.
  • Oversaw remote freelancers for design, HTML, and Flash development, maintaining quality and alignment with project goals.
  • Designed mini-sites, banner ads, and promotional materials to increase engagement and visibility for channel initiatives.

Nicktoons was later reintegrated into Nickelodeon. While the channel remains active, the website was discontinued.
