Clients: Steve Madden, Sam Goody, Atlantic Records, Glamour

This battle of the bands sponsored by Steve Madden, Atlantic Records, Sam Goody and Glamour pitted more than 2,000 bands against each other, with a weekly vote by users to narrow the field. The contest culminated in a live webcast performance with the top three bands at South Street Seaport in New York City.


  • Worked extensively with ad sales and marketing to help conceive and plan every detail of the event, from the web voting component to the live webcast event
  • Attended all client planning meetings with Steve Madden staff as well as South Street Seaport support staff
  • Managed design and production of mini-site for online component
  • Managed weekly audio digitization process
  • Compiled weekly web vote results and delivered for distribution to all channels
  • Worked closely with video team to plan the live webcast from South Street Seaport
  • Helped manage backstage area and provide artist hospitality during the live event
