After leaving The View, Rosie O’Donnell focused on expanding her online presence. Her blog was already drawing an impressive 5–6 million monthly pageviews. Our team was tasked with transforming Rosie.com into a dynamic platform with new content and features, designed to support an advertising-based revenue model while allowing Rosie to manage updates independently. Collaborating closely with Rosie, we created an engaging site featuring photo galleries, videos, reviews, and live webcams from her art studio — all seamlessly managed through WordPress, her preferred platform.

  • Developed a comprehensive content strategy and advertising model to maximize site engagement and revenue potential.
  • Led a full site redesign and architecture overhaul, evolving the brand from a standard WordPress blog into a fully featured website aligned with its redefined vision.
  • Created a detailed budget propsal to support and expand Rosie’s online initiatives.
  • Worked closely with business development to implement advertising guidelines, ensuring partnerships aligned with Rosie’s personal values and brand integrity.
  • Created content strategy and production plan for a planned broadband video network, enhancing the multimedia experience for fans.
  • Designed content plan for the site’s Crafty U section, supporting the promotion of Rosie’s latest book.
  • Installed a network of wireless webcams in Rosie’s home, enabling her to connect with fans through real-time video blogging.
